Detroit Engineered Products (DEP) Awarded a Patent for \”ConceptWorks"

Detroit Engineered Products (DEP), creators from the MeshWorks, an integrated CAE platform has been awarded a patent by the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) for its revolutionary automated modelling tool ConceptWorks, the latest addition to their CAE legacy. With reference to ConceptWorks, its unique capability was acknowledged. With this solution, engineers can certainly bridge the gap between modelling design and analysis, which will help in optimizing the model at reduced some time and with less effort.

ConceptWorks helps users to redefine the conceptual modelling phase by permitting CAE engineers to efficiently produce concept members for design and optimization studies. With ConceptWorks, drastic design transformations are made immediately at the CAE level.
